Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within the 30-day return window — as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos to assess the damage. Once verified, we’ll offer a full refund, store credit, or replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Shipping Coverage

All products, including nipple covers and invisible bras, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used due to hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging, with tags and protective films intact, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect product, or an error on our part.

We currently ship to United States addresses only. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us and we will make it right.
