  • 1. Damaged Items

    Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any required photographs.

  • 2. Incorrect Products

    Notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will promptly address the issue by shipping you the correct item.

  • 3. General Returns

    For other returns, initiate within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • 4. Condition

    Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags and protective films intact.

  • 5. Proof of Purchase

    A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for processing your return.

  • Opened or used nipple covers products.

  • Opened or used invisible bra products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Applicable sale items.

  • 1. Initiate a Return

    Contact our customer service team via our contact form below or at support@sugarcoat.love with your order number and reason for the return. This includes reporting issues such as receiving the wrong item or missing products.

  • 2. Return Authorization

    After reviewing your request, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.

  • 3. Inspection

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • 4. Shipping

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect product, or error on our part. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Approved Returns

    Refunds for approved returns will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using our contact us form below.
